CASE STUDY | ADOBE
Activating Adobe’s mission to reach the next generation of creatives.
We collaborated with Adobe's CSR, Education, Marketing, and HR teams, as well as their Foundation, to concept and deploy a global initiative to engage high school youth, support college students, and engage professional designers.

SITUATION
Adobe sought to create programming that supported the next generations of designers and aligned with their corporate citizenship goals. They were also looking for opportunities to engage and increase brand loyalty among professional designers and design students (core customers for Adobe Creative Cloud).
OUR WORK
Conducted research with Adobe's CSR, Education, Marketing, HR, and Foundation leads, as well as with external audiences (professional designers, high school educators, and college-level educators)
Developed Design Ignites Change, a global initiative that provided both a mentoring program for high school students and tools, guidance, and financial support to college students to implement solutions to community-based social issues.
Implemented and managed Design Ignites Change for 5 years.
IMPACT
Convened and activated 12 corporations, 5 nonprofits, 85 academic institutions, and 900 creative professionals to develop and implement solutions to community-based challenges.
Supported over 700 student-led projects, in over 53 cities and across 7 countries, in 5 years.
Increased Adobe's visibility to a network of over 75,000 educators, students, designers, architects, and business leaders.
Received coverage from hundreds of media outlets, most notably The New York Times, Fast Company, The Huffington Post, and GOOD.
