SITUATION

Founded in 1968 by a parole officer, who recognized the need for a support system to help the many addicts on his caseload, Integrity House has grown into the largest nonprofit provider of addiction treatment services in the State of New Jersey. In order to be proactive to emerging opportunities and threats in the rapidly changing behavioral healthcare landscape, Integrity’s Board of Trustees sought to assess and revise the organization’s strategic plan.

OUR WORK

After a rigorous discovery process, that included gathering insights from Integrity’s CEO, Board, staff, and clients; interviews with industry experts; benchmarking against external criteria; and a review of institutional materials, we assessed the existing strategic plan against changing market conditions, gaining buy-in on our recommendations in the following areas:

  • strategic partnerships

  • funding diversification

  • physical plant

  • marketing communications

IMPACT

Our work, and Integrity’s commitment to the revised strategic plan, has enabled the organization to expand to three new sites and add intensive outpatient and primary care services.

Make more impact.

We’d love to help you strategize.
